Established in early 2000, Vision Mounts is a prime manufacturer that specializes in designing and producing a comprehensive line of universal LED/LCD wall mounts, ceiling mounts, projector mounts, desktop mounts and TV stands for audio/video applications in home or office, including user-friendly and environmental-friendly mounting solutions.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The QC is short for Quality Control, an essential component of our factory operation. Its primary responsibility is to monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process. The QC team conducts inspections, tests, and audits to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards. By implementing robust quality control measures, they ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and durability. The QC department collaborates with other departments to address quality issues promptly and continuously improve processes.
Quality Control Procedures
From incoming materials to production, quality inspection is integrated throughout the entire process of our height-adjustable desk production. For the finished products, quality inspection conducts random sampling inspections according to standard procedures. They follow the instructions provided to assemble and test the performance of the desks. They inspect the appearance of the desk to ensure there are no scratches. They also check the motor for noise, functionality of the control panel, parameters, dimensions, and colors of the table board.
